Recruit talent for Wise Product Engineering in Hyderabad and help the teams scale.

The recruiter will help identify and select talent suited to Wise’s collaborative, non-hierarchical culture.
Responsibilities
- Scale Product Engineering teams and build a local and international talent network.
- Manage candidates end to end and provide a positive experience, including when candidates are unsuccessful.
- Build relationships with hiring teams and guide them through recruiting processes.
- Collaborate with sourcers to understand the market and engage strong candidates.
- Use data to support hiring recommendations, identify recruiting blockers, and continually improve scalable processes.
- Partner with hiring and People teams on referral programs, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
- Lead targeted talent acquisition strategies, including campus recruitment and weekend hiring drives.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience hiring exceptional talent while providing strong candidate and hiring-team experiences.
- Able to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with recruiting tools, reports, dashboards, and implementing systems.
- Confident communicator and influencer who adapts communication to the audience.
- Able to use data to measure impact and make evidence-based decisions.
- Flexible, adaptable, resilient, curious, and a creative problem solver.
- Able to work with limited guidance and plan scalable, sustainable solutions.
