  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects and programs
  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis (e.g., drafting plans, RAID, and status narratives), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project or program outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Monitor project progress, adjust plans and schedules as needed, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle
  • Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
  • A. 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment (NAMR/APAC – India/ LATAM/Hong Kong) B. Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced applied experience (EMEA/LATAM-Brazil)C. Singapore follow local country guidance
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
  • Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to understand diverse perspectives, facilitate productive discussions, and drive consensus among technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Technology risk management, Application Ownership, Onboarding Vendor technology/solutions, Data Integration.
