Technical Project Manager

The opportunity

What you will do

• Own project delivery end-to-end, mitigating risks and issues while controlling quality, costs, timelines, and scope.
• Drive client outcomes and deliver projects in ways that realize maximum value.
• Manage project commercial and financial matters and agree professional-services contracts using Time and Materials and Fixed Price approaches.
• Coach and mentor technical teams to support high-quality deliverables.
• Work autonomously and engage the wider organization for support when needed.
• Develop strategies for managing client and Quantexa leadership stakeholders.

What you bring

• Project management track record delivering complex projects with strong outcomes and leadership.
• Expertise in project methodologies such as Agile and their use across multiple teams and functions.
• Stakeholder management experience in supplier, consultancy, professional-services, or client-side environments.
• Experience delivering large, complex data-driven projects through the full software lifecycle.
• Technical understanding sufficient to identify project-impacting issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ability to understand business drivers and influence across complex multi-team environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and technical communication skills.
• Understanding of high-quality, operationally stable systems and development, release, and operations practices.
• Fluent or native-level Arabic speaking proficiency is mandatory.
• Comfortable traveling in the UAE and Gulf region for business and client engagements.
• Experience with complex data-oriented projects for financial services, government, and telecommunications clients is ideal.
