Technical Project Manager

Role overview

What you will do

• Own project scope, costs, timelines, quality, risks, and issues from end to end.
• Drive delivery outcomes that realize maximum client value.
• Manage project commercial and financial matters and agree Time and Materials or fixed-price professional-services contracts with clients.
• Coach and mentor technical teams to support high-quality deliverables.
• Work autonomously, seeking organizational support when appropriate.
• Manage client and internal leadership stakeholders.

What you will bring

• Accomplished project management professional with strong leadership and complex-project delivery experience.
• Expertise in Agile and scaling project approaches across teams and functions.
• Broad stakeholder-management experience in supplier/client delivery or a client-side environment.
• Experience delivering large, complex data-driven projects through the full software lifecycle.
• Technical understanding to assess issues and devise mitigations; strong grasp of project business drivers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and technical communication skills; experience in changing client environments.
• Understanding of operationally stable systems and development, release, and operations practices.
• Fluent or native-level spoken Arabic is mandatory.
• Travel within the UAE and Gulf region as required for business and client engagements.

Advantageous experience

• Experience with complex data-oriented projects for financial services, government, or telecommunications clients is advantageous.
