About This Role
Major Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payment gateway integration projects
- Coordinate with payment providers, banking partners, and internal technical teams
- Lead technical implementation for card payment solutions
- Manage issuance and acquiring integration projects
- Work on card scheme integrations including Jaywan, Aani, Visa, and Mastercard
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Handle API integration planning, testing, UAT, and production deployment
- Ensure compliance with payment security and industry standards Troubleshoot payment integration and transaction-related issues
- Work closely with backend, frontend, mobile, QA, and product teams
- Prepare technical and project documentation
Must Have
- 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience
- Strong experience in Payment Gateway Integrations
- Experience with issuance and acquiring platforms Experience with card payment systems and digital payment platforms
- Experience managing integrations with banks and payment service providers
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in FinTech or digital payments domain
- Experience with UAE/MENA payment ecosystems
- Banking or acquiring integration experience
- Experience managing mobile payment projects
- Knowledge of Apple Pay and Google Pay integrations
- Technical background or prior engineering experience is a plus
