Role Summary
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology programs within a regulated banking environment.
The role leads multi‑vendor and internal IT teams to deliver solutions across environments through successful go‑live, ensuring strong governance, risk management, and cross‑region alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end **technology delivery** across vendors, internal IT teams, environments, and production go‑live
- Support **RFP and vendor selection** activities, including technical inputs and delivery assessments
- Define and manage the **IT delivery roadmap**, milestones, and inter‑program dependencies
- Coordinate and govern **multi‑vendor implementation teams**
- Own **IT risk management**, environment readiness, cutover planning, and go‑live execution
- Drive **delivery governance**, including status reporting, issue tracking, and escalation
- Ensure **alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks**, standards, and controls
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure production readiness
Required Experience & Background
- Proven delivery experience on **large‑scale banking IT programs**
- Hands‑on experience with **wealth or investment platform implementations**
- Strong background in **multi‑vendor delivery governance**
- Solid understanding of **infrastructure, environments, and release management**
- Experience operating in **regulated, enterprise‑scale IT environments**
