Technical Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise technology projects through planning, development, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, RAID logs, decision logs, and reporting.
• Manage risks, recovery plans, scope changes, release readiness, UAT, deployment, cutover, rollback, and stabilization.
• Coordinate technical teams, delivery dependencies, client meetings, sprint reviews, and governance discussions.
• Translate technical issues into clear business, schedule, and delivery impacts.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve planning, documentation, reporting, and delivery visibility.

Required Experience and Skills

• Requires 5–9 years of technology delivery experience in a Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
• Requires experience managing software engineering, enterprise applications, integration, cloud, data, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
• Requires strong SDLC, Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery, planning, RAID, risk, dependency, change-control, and reporting skills.
• Requires client-facing experience, technical-team coordination, critical-path management, stakeholder management, communication, and escalation skills.

Technical Understanding

• Comfort discussing APIs and enterprise integration, cloud services, CI/CD and DevOps, applications and microservices, databases and data, QA and UAT, security and access, and deployment.
• Candidates need not be experts in every technology area but must understand their delivery impact.
• Preferred exposure includes Dell Boomi, APIs, middleware, EDI, AWS, Azure, DevOps, data platforms, enterprise platforms, modernization, and microservices.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time, on-site role in Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• This role is not remote or hybrid and requires regular work from the Noida office.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay ranges from ₹900,000.00 to ₹1,600,000.00 per year.
