Technical Program Manager, Physical and Electronic Security Systems, Global Building Infrastructure and Protection Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a global team of agreement security systems consultants, project managers, and security installation specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end program management, driving process improvements across the broader organization and navigating ambiguity with full ownership to resolve complex challenges.
• Serve as a cross-functional leader, establishing a clear strategic goal to advance long-term organizational goals.
• Deploy various security technologies using established risk frameworks, industry standards, and Google security best practices.
• Direct financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoice approvals.

• Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience with security systems, infrastructure projects, deployment management, program management. - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Preferred qualifications: - Security systems or related certifications (access control, cctv, networking, CPTED). - Program Management certification or experience in Program Management with a technology company. - Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions. - Ability to grow in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment while working both independently and as a team on multiple initiatives and stand-alone projects with limited direction from upper management. - Strong people management and communication skills, and a data driven analytical approach towards solving complex challenges.
