Responsibilities

  • Architect and build operational solutions using Generative AI to enhance moderation, scalability and efficiency. Design and set up assertion based expert workflows for newer FMR vectors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for global regulatory workflows, ensuring compliance with mandates like the DSA and CMA.
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from concept to launch, coordinating closely with cross-functional Engineering and Product teams.
  • Monitor program metrics and risks, communicating progress and performance effectively to senior leadership.
  • Establish and manage in-house and outsourced project execution teams while leveraging internal Google products and tools to drive automation and enhance operational efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and the implementation of GenAI-driven moderation frameworks to enhance operational scalability.
  • Proven track record in planning, organizing, and risk management for high-stakes, cross-functional programs.
  • Ability to utilize data analysis tools and drive focused insights and performance improvements.
  • Strong capability to influence without authority across peer PgMs, Engineering leads, and senior leadership.
