Role overview

The posting seeks an Implementation Manager for a newly established Implementation Management team; the source title is Technical Program Manager.

The role sits in Servicing and aligns with partner product segments, coordinating cross-functional work across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance.

Initiatives include platform migrations, regional product launches, remediation projects, platform onboardings, and integrations.

Delivery and partner integration

  • Own high-impact, cross-squad initiatives such as migrations, control rollouts, product launches, and partner integrations.
  • Understand servicing-platform capabilities and integration flows; guide partner teams through onboarding requirements.
  • Translate business and compliance needs into clear user stories for implementation engineers where necessary.
  • Use architecture diagrams, technical questioning, Postman API requests, and Looker dashboards or tables to support practical delivery.

Program management and operations

  • Coordinate operational workflows, queue structures, and agent guidance with Business Operations to prepare launches.
  • Manage program briefs, SMART objectives, risk logs, delivery milestones, governance, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Document workflows, automate manual steps, and establish telemetry to improve repeatability and scale.

Experience and capabilities

  • At least eight years delivering cross-functional technical or operational projects in implementation management, technical program management, technical consulting, product management, or fintech delivery.
  • Ability to interpret architecture diagrams, ask challenging technical questions, run Postman calls for testing or validation, and build basic tables or dashboards in Looker or SQL.
  • Strong program-delivery foundation spanning scoping, briefs, governance, stakeholder reporting, and post-implementation audits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication adaptable to product managers, engineers, and business leaders.
  • Ability to recognize patterns across unstructured information and create repeatable frameworks.

Beneficial exposure

  • Exposure to fintech, payments, financial crime including AML, fraud, or KYC, or platform integration projects is beneficial.
