The role works with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT, combining product strategy with hands-on prototyping.

What you'll do

  • Own roadmaps and backlogs for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related innovation.
  • Identify business opportunities for AI and automation and prioritize them by value, feasibility, adoption, cost, risk, and strategic fit.
  • Convert business needs into user stories, process designs, technical requirements, governance controls, and measurable metrics.
  • Configure, prototype, test, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions with technical specialists as needed.
  • Lead discovery workshops, demonstrations, pilots, user acceptance testing, training, and adoption.
  • Coordinate platform administration, licensing, capacity, environments, security, connectors, and lifecycle management with relevant teams.
  • Monitor usage, adoption, platform health, costs, and realized business value.
  • Develop practical governance that enables innovation while protecting people, customers, data, and the business.

Required experience

  • Five or more years in product ownership, product management, business analysis, automation, enterprise applications, digital transformation, or solution delivery.
  • Hands-on Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, administration, governance, and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience with generative AI, copilots, or agents across assessment, prototyping, testing, governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI.
  • Experience managing licensing, consumption, capacity, utilization, forecasting, and technology costs.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot low-code and AI solutions, and to develop roadmaps and manage complex competing priorities.
  • Business analysis, discovery, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills for technical, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, data access, identity, environments, supportability, and change management governance.

Preferred experience

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio experience is a plus.
  • Deploying AI or agent-based solutions with measurable value and establishing AI or Power Platform governance programs are pluses.
  • Experience with Azure AI Services, AI Builder, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Pages, Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, APIs, integrations, or enterprise data platforms is a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, Business Applications, or related technologies are a plus.

Workplace
