Overview
- Head of GenAI Product (Unstructured Data) \| UAE
- We’re looking for a senior, deeply technical AI product leader to define and scale enterprise GenAI capabilities at the intersection of AI engineering, platform architecture, and product strategy.

- Conversational AI
- Enterprise RAG platforms
- Agentic AI systems
- AI-driven workflows & copilots
- 👉 End-to-end ownership from
- problem definition → architecture → build → optimization
- ⚙️ What we’re looking for
- Strong
- engineering foundation → evolved into AI product leadership
- Proven experience delivering
- GenAI products at scale in production environments
- Deep technical understanding of:
- -RAG (retrieval, chunking, pipelines, vector DBs)
- -LLM systems, orchestration & agentic workflows
- -AI evaluation frameworks (accuracy, hallucination, adversarial testing)
- Experience defining
- AI governance, guardrails, and performance monitoring
- Ability to
- lead senior engineers, influence architecture decisions, and operate at exec level
- 🚫 Not suitable for:
• Backlog/Jira-focused Product Owners
- Strategy-only or advisory profiles
- Generic product managers without hands-on AI delivery experience
- Highly competitive salary + bonus
