Technical Product Manager – Integrations & AI GTM Ecosystem

Own the product strategy and roadmap for integrations across CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement, ABM, advertising, and other GTM systems.

Define product requirements, workflows, data mappings, APIs, authentication requirements, and integration specifications.

Manage and continuously improve existing integrations while identifying new opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.

Partner with Engineering to prioritize, develop, test, release, and maintain scalable enterprise integrations.

Ensure integrations meet expectations for reliability, scalability, security, usability, and data quality.

Establish reusable integration frameworks and standards that accelerate future integration development.

Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving AI GTM landscape, including AI-enabled Sales and Marketing applications, AI agents, agentic workflows, and emerging interoperability standards.

Identify opportunities to make Intentsify data, signals, and intelligence accessible to AI applications and agents through APIs, MCP, and other emerging integration patterns.

Evaluate emerging GTM technologies and recommend where Intentsify should build integrations, establish partnerships, or enable customers through APIs.

Serve as an internal subject matter expert on emerging SalesTech, MarTech, and AI GTM technology trends.

Engage directly with customers, prospects, and partners to understand integration requirements, technical environments, workflows, and desired business outcomes.

Lead customer discovery and technical product discussions, translating requirements into scalable product capabilities rather than one-off solutions.

Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams on complex enterprise integration opportunities.

Incorporate customer, partner, and market feedback into product roadmap prioritization.

Own the product lifecycle for assigned capabilities from discovery and requirements through development, launch, adoption, and optimization.

Develop product requirements, user stories, technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and lead agile product development activities in partnership with Engineering.

Define and monitor KPIs including adoption, usage, reliability, customer satisfaction, and business impact.

Partner with Product Marketing and GTM teams on positioning, enablement, product launches, and customer communications.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Product Engineering, or a related technical product role.

Experience building and managing B2B GTM applications, APIs, enterprise integrations, or data products.

Strong understanding of CRM, Marketing Automation, SalesTech, MarTech, and the broader B2B GTM technology ecosystem.

Familiarity with leading CRM and MAP technologies and common enterprise integration patterns.

Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication frameworks, data models, data mapping, and cloud-based integration architectures.

Familiarity with AI-enabled Sales and Marketing technologies, including AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM-powered applications, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Experience within B2B data, advertising, demand generation, MarTech, or SalesTech strongly preferred.

Proven ability to translate customer and business requirements into technical product requirements and work effectively with Engineering teams.

Strong customer-facing, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where technology, customer expectations, and the AI GTM ecosystem are rapidly evolving.
