Role and team

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor integrations from initial evaluation through certification, pilot, UAT, and production; clarify open questions and manage scope and schedules.
• Write PRDs and context documents, assess readiness, and break epics into testable engineering and QA stories.
• Review .NET and Angular code to understand integrations, identify reuse, estimate work, and occasionally make a small code change.
• Coordinate with authentication, banking core, and product teams; document implementations, client testing, and releases.
• Create draft Figma screens and HTML prototypes; build AI agent skills and maintain a team knowledge base.
• Set priorities with the Tech Lead, sequence roadmaps, run sprint planning and backlog grooming, and manage the Jira board.
• Own integrations for payments, cards, data and identity, documents and imaging, and new client-driven vendors.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of B2B platform product management, including at least 2 years in integrations, payments, or fintech infrastructure.
• Has shipped a third-party integration end to end and managed a vendor relationship whose process set the schedule.
• Can read C# and TypeScript, use Git, and open a pull request.
• Understands SSO and API authentication, including OAuth client credentials, token exchange, SAML, JWKS, signed URLs, and iframe postMessage.
• Can derive requirements from OpenAPI or Postman documentation and understands PCI scope.
• Understands bank integrations, community bank and credit union buyers, and the needs of institutions and account holders; direct core experience is a plus.
• Writes clearly and concisely and uses AI tools daily, with a demonstrable workflow.
