- Maintain an overview of system architecture, API dependencies, and local customization requirements.
3. Product Support and Evolution
- Support the continued evolution of
Tray Lite
- transforming it from a pilot prototype into a stable, market-ready solution.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define the roadmap and future vision for
Tray Lite and Sajal
- .
- Ensure user feedback loops are structured, analyzed, and communicated effectively to guide development decisions.
4. Regulatory and Compliance Assurance
- Oversee technical compliance for
- ZATCA e-invoicing
- and related regulations through Sajal.
- Ensure all integrations and product updates adhere to local laws and standards.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant data handling.
