Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support GPS tracking systems for fleet visibility and operational accuracy.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain IoT devices including fuel dispenser modules and level sensors to ensure reliable data capture.
- Monitor system performance across all connected devices, identify anomalies, and ensure accurate real time fuel transaction and level data.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to IoT devices, dispenser controllers, level sensors, mobile applications, and communication interfaces.
- Resolve networking issues involving GSM/LTE, Wi Fi, Bluetooth, and TCP/IP to maintain stable device connectivity.
- Support mobile application functionality, including user onboarding, configuration, and issue resolution for field teams.
- Maintain logs, documentation, and reports related to device performance, system alerts, and technical support activities.
- Escalate complex hardware, firmware, or platform issues to engineering teams and follow through until resolution.
- Conduct periodic health checks and preventive maintenance on IoT systems to ensure operational continuity.
- Ensure compliance with internal service standards, safety protocols, and SLA commitments.
- Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
