Working as a Technical Office Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of our construction projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to develop comprehensive construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD and Revit software to generate technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Conduct thorough reviews of project designs and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations.
- Facilitate the procurement of construction materials and equipment, ensuring their timely availability at the job site.
- Maintain meticulous records of project progress, encompassing daily reports, material quantities, and cost estimates.
- Orchestrate seamless coordination with subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to address technical challenges and uphold project specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, evaluate quality, and enforce safety standards.
- Oversee the preparation and updating of project documentation, including as-built drawings, change orders, and project closure reports.
- Spearhead value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs while upholding exceptional quality standards.
- Offer innovative solutions to tackle technical challenges and enhance overall project efficiency.
