Overview
RUWA Group is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our team in Jeddah for high-end building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all technical aspects of the project from design to execution
- Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and material submittals
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering challenges throughout the project
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience working on 5-star hotel projects is mandatory
- Strong technical knowledge in building construction, design coordination, and project execution
- Extensive experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
- Strong background in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to lead technical teams and provide effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
