Responsibilities

1.

Lead and manage SEC/se substation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while utilizing project management tools for effective tracking.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless integration of project components and alignment with organizational goals.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports, to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into project progress and challenges.

Monitor and evaluate project performance against established KPIs, using data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in project execution.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

8.

Facilitate training sessions for team members on project management best practices and tools, promoting a culture of learning and professional development within the team.

9.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies, bringing innovative ideas to the table that can enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to effectively manage diverse project types.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide project teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication abilities to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, for effective project tracking and reporting.
