Technical Manager - Networking (Service Delivery)
About This Role
To lead and manage the team and support the technical deployment, testing, and maintenance of core network solutions across projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery, effective troubleshooting, and timely completion of assigned tasks, while maintaining the defined SLA of the project.
- Responsible for project delivery and maintaining the project/ assets/ resources for managed service.
- Lead the technical team to deliver and fulfill the project requirements.
- Provide technical deployments in all running projects & new projects as a team member of the Service Delivery Division as required.
- Understand how to gather more technical requirements/information and recommend a solution.
- Must be able to design end-to-end core network and experience with the L2/L3 routing protocol.
- Must be able to install Linux systems, do end-to-end/pilot testing in staging/production environments, perform ANTlabs solution verification, and perform fault escalation.
- Perform troubleshooting and patch fixes at a hardware and software level.
- Able to diagnose, isolate, troubleshoot, and fix technical issues under pressure.
- Show responsibility for all assigned tasks, that may even require working after office hours (in certain urgent situations) to achieve tasks or timely project completion.
- Demonstrates ability to execute and perform timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction & instill quality in every aspect of job function.
- Any other matters as instructed by the Supervisor (or) Projects Manager when required due to the job nature.
- Have weekly meetings with the customer as part of project operations or as required for project
- Maintain strong relationship with the customer.
