Role overview

Technical coordination and office management

• Leads drafting and estimating work, including shop drawings, CAD designs, and specifications for marble cutting and CNC machining.
• Tracks project schedules from field templating through installation and reviews drawings for client compliance before fabrication.
• Resolves technical issues across architects, designers, installation teams, and the fabrication shop.
• Oversees stone slab and block purchasing and inventory.
• Improves office workflows and documentation; supervises administrative staff and supports employee onboarding.
• Manages budgets, invoice processing, job costing, and customer billing.

Tendering, estimation, and engineering work

• Maintains tender logs, briefs RFQ packages, prepares or checks BOQs, develops item pricing and project budgets, and issues quotations.
• Selects and verifies materials against project scope and specifications; coordinates price lists and variation pricing with relevant teams.
• Prepares progress reports and dashboards and coordinates cost updates across departments.
• Issues or approves technical submittals, workshop and as-built drawings, cutting lists, job orders, and material requisitions.
• Coordinates technical work across site, factory, accounting, procurement, QA/QC, and warehouse teams; schedules awarded and pre-awarded projects.
• Supports QS work through site surveys, variation and claim tracking, and interim payment certificates for clients and subcontractors.

Candidate requirements

• Strong understanding of natural-stone production processes, CAD drawing, and project management.
• Very good communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder groups.
