نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى المدير الفني مسؤولية الإشراف الكامل على قسم التصميم وقسم المشاريع، وضمان تنفيذ المشاريع وفق أعلى المعايير الفنية والجمالية والتشغيلية، مع تحقيق أهداف الشركة من حيث الجودة والميزانية والجدول الزمني. كما يعمل كحلقة وصل بين فرق التصميم والتنفيذ والعملاء والموردين لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة وتحقيق رضا العملاء.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

إدارة قسم التصميم

الإشراف على فريق المصممين وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء.

مراجعة واعتماد التصاميم والمخططات والعروض التقديمية قبل تقديمها للعملاء.

ضمان توافق التصاميم مع متطلبات العملاء والمعايير الفنية للشركة.

تطوير معايير وإجراءات العمل الخاصة بقسم التصميم.

متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والمواد والتقنيات في مجال التصميم الداخلي.

إدارة المشاريع

الإشراف على جميع مراحل المشاريع من التعاقد وحتى التسليم النهائي.

إعداد ومتابعة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وضمان الالتزام بها.

التنسيق بين فرق التصميم والتنفيذ والموردين والمقاولين.

متابعة تقدم الأعمال ميدانياً ومعالجة التحديات الفنية والتشغيلية.

التأكد من مطابقة الأعمال المنفذة للمخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.

الإدارة الفنية والجودة

مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية والمواصفات الفنية واعتمادها.

وضع معايير الجودة ومتابعة تطبيقها في جميع المشاريع.

تقديم الحلول الفنية للمشكلات التي قد تواجه فرق العمل.

تقييم واعتماد المواد والتشطيبات والمنتجات المستخدمة بالمشاريع.

الإدارة والتخطيط

إعداد الخطط التشغيلية للقسم ومتابعة تحقيق الأهداف.

إدارة الموارد البشرية التابعة للقسم وتقييم الأداء وتطوير الكفاءات.

المشاركة في إعداد الميزانيات والتكاليف التقديرية للمشاريع.

رفع التقارير الدورية للإدارة العليا حول سير العمل والمشاريع.

خدمة العملاء وتطوير الأعمال

المشاركة في الاجتماعات مع العملاء الرئيسيين.

تقديم الدعم الفني خلال مراحل التفاوض والعروض الفنية.

المساهمة في تطوير الخدمات ورفع مستوى رضا العملاء.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

بكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو الهندسة المعمارية أو تخصص ذي صلة.

خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التصميم الداخلي وإدارة المشاريع.

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في منصب إشرافي أو إداري.

إجادة برامج التصميم والرسم الهندسي وإدارة المشاريع.

معرفة جيدة بمواد التشطيب والأثاث والتنفيذ الداخلي.

المهارات المطلوبة

القيادة وإدارة الفرق.

التخطيط والتنظيم وإدارة الوقت.

إدارة المشاريع والمتابعة التنفيذية.

حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.

مهارات التواصل والتفاوض.

نسبة الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشاريع.

مستوى جودة التصاميم والتنفيذ.

كفاءة إدارة فريق التصميم والمشاريع.

تقليل الأخطاء الفنية وإعادة العمل (Rework).

قيادة وإدارة أقسام التصميم والمشاريع لضمان تقديم مشاريع تصميم داخلي عالية الجودة، مربحة، ومنفذة ضمن الوقت والميزانية المحددين، بما يعزز سمعة الشركة ونموها.

– Technical Manager

Design and Projects

Reports directly to: Executive Director

The Technical Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the Design and Projects departments, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest technical, aesthetic, and operational standards, while meeting the company’s quality, budget, and schedule objectives.

The Technical Manager also serves as a liaison between the design and implementation teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.

Supervising the design team, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.

Reviewing and approving designs, plans, and presentations before submitting them to clients.

Ensuring designs comply with client requirements and the company’s technical standards.

Developing work standards and procedures for the Design Department.

Staying abreast of the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the field of interior design.

Oversee all phases of projects, from contracting through final delivery.

Prepare and monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to them.

Coordinate between design and implementation teams, suppliers, and contractors.

Monitoring on-site progress and addressing technical and operational challenges.

Ensuring that completed work complies with approved plans and specifications.

Reviewing and approving construction drawings and technical specifications.

Establishing quality standards and ensuring their implementation across all projects.

Providing technical solutions to problems that may arise for work teams.

Evaluating and approving materials, finishes, and products used in projects.

Management and Planning

Develop the department’s operational plans and monitor progress toward achieving objectives.

Manage the department’s human resources, conduct performance evaluations, and develop staff competencies.

Participate in preparing budgets and cost estimates for projects.

Submit periodic reports to senior management on workflow and project progress.

Participate in meetings with key clients.

Provide technical support during negotiation phases and technical presentations.

Contribute to service development and enhance customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

At least 8 years of experience in interior design and project management.

At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Proficiency in design, drafting, and project management software.

Good knowledge of finishing materials, furniture, and interior execution.

Leadership and team management.

Primary Objective of the Position:

Lead and manage the design and project departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality, profitable interior design projects that are completed on time and within budget, thereby enhancing the company’s reputation and growth.
