المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إدارة حسابات الشركة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة.

إعداد وتنفيذ خطة المحتوى الشهرية بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة التسويقية.

كتابة ومراجعة المحتوى والنصوص التسويقية للمنشورات والحملات.

متابعة التفاعل مع العملاء والرد على الاستفسارات والرسائل بالتنسيق مع الإدارات المختصة.

التنسيق مع المصورين.

متابعة أداء الحسابات وإعداد التقارير الدورية وتحليل النتائج.

اقتراح أفكار وحملات تسويقية تساهم في زيادة الوصول والتفاعل وتعزيز الهوية التجارية للشركة.

متابعة أحدث التوجهات والمنصات الرقمية والاستفادة منها في تطوير الأداء.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي.

إجادة استخدام منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وأدوات التحليل وإدارة المحتوى.

مهارات ممتازة في كتابة المحتوى باللغة العربية، ويفضل الإلمام باللغة الإنجليزية.

القدرة على التخطيط والتنظيم والعمل ضمن فريق.

ساعات العمل:

8 ساعات يومياً.

6 أيام عمل أسبوعياً.

الراتب والمزايا:

الراتب الشهري: [يُحدد الراتب] ريال سعودي.

يشمل الراتب جميع البدلات والمزايا المتفق عليها.

يخضع الموظف لفترة تجربة وفقاً لأنظمة العمل المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية

Manage the company’s accounts on various social media platforms.

Develop and execute a monthly content plan aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.

Write and review marketing content and copy for posts and campaigns.

Monitor customer engagement and respond to inquiries and messages in coordination with relevant departments.

Coordinate with photographers.

Monitor account performance, prepare periodic reports, and analyze results.

Propose marketing ideas and campaigns that contribute to increasing reach and engagement and strengthening the company’s brand identity.

Stay updated on the latest trends and digital platforms and leverage them to improve performance.

At least two years of experience in social media account management.

Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management.

Excellent content writing skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred.

Ability to plan, organize, and work within a team.

8 hours per day.

6 working days per week.
