Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Lighting Designer (Electrical Engineer) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and preparing technical drawings, support and layouts for lighting products and projects.
The role requires close coordination with production, project, and sales teams to ensure designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and 2D/3D designs for lighting fixtures and systems.
- Prepare technical submittals, samples submission for client/developers for approval & coordination with procurement
- Develop lighting layouts, Review technical specifications, prepare lighting design presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and production teams regarding design requirements and project specifications.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support during project execution and production stages.
- Conduct site visits when required for measurements, inspections, and project coordination.
