Own low-level design, development, unit testing, team guidance, and high-quality solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage developers through low-level design, development, and project implementation.
- Provide technical guidance, review code, and enforce best practices across Java, Spring, Hibernate, and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
- Stay updated on technologies and industry trends to drive team innovation.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in Java programming and Java concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Strong understanding of Hibernate ORM and database concepts.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication abilities for leading a technical team.
