About the Company:
An ambitious crypto based in Dubai is building a regulated Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization platform designed to bridge traditional finance and blockchain infrastructure.
They are now looking for a Technical Lead to take ownership of the core architecture and help build the platform from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Leading:
As Technical Lead, you will architect and deliver the backbone of a regulated tokenization ecosystem, including:
- Designing and deploying secure smart contracts aligned with ERC-3643 standards
- Building systems to manage and monitor reserve assets backing issued tokens
- Creating seamless redemption mechanisms for investors
- Implementing Proof of Reserves infrastructure for transparency
- Automating regulatory disclosures and reporting workflows
- Supporting the technical components of the VARA ARVA license process.
- This role requires both deep protocol-level thinking and real-world regulatory awareness.
What We’re Looking For:
Core Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on smart contract development (Solidity & ERC standards)
- Strong security mindset (experience with audits, testing frameworks, formal verification)
- Familiarity with compliance-driven token standards such as ERC-3643
- Backend experience supporting DeFi or tokenization platforms
- Understanding of securities law concepts and regulated token frameworks
