Informatica Technical Lead (DG/DQ)
About This Role
📄 Employment Type: Contract (6 Months – Extendable up to 1 Year)
🔹 Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Informatica Technical Lead to drive Data Governance (DG) and Data Quality (DQ) initiatives using Informatica IDMC. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise data quality frameworks and governance solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement DQ/DG data marts and data pipelines to expose KPIs
Lead development of Power BI dashboards for DQ monitoring & reporting
Enable onboarding of data domains into Informatica IDMC
Perform data profiling, lineage analysis, and quality assessments
Design and implement Data Quality rules within IDMC
Lead configuration of IDMC, Data Catalog & Governance (CDGC), and DQ services
Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms
Implement metadata ingestion, governance workflows, and data cataloging
Enable IDMC Marketplace for governed data access
Lead architecture design aligned with enterprise standards
Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions
Provide support during hypercare and troubleshoot technical issues
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
7–9 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Governance / Data Quality
Strong expertise in Informatica IDMC (CDGC & Data Quality)
Experience with data profiling, lineage, and metadata management
Strong understanding of enterprise data governance frameworks
Experience building DQ rules, pipelines, and data marts
Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Additional Notes:
📌 Initial contract: 6 months (highly extendable to 1 year)
