8+ years of professional.NET development experience (Core/Framework).
Proven track record as a technical lead or architect on large‐scale projects.
Deep expertise in Azure services, including App Services, Functions, and DevOps.
Hands‐on experience with SignalR and Blazor frameworks.
Strong SQL Server design, performance tuning, and migration skills.
Demonstrated success in upgrade and migration initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Ability to manage distributed/offshore teams and drive cross‐functional collaboration.

Lead design, development, and delivery of.NET applications and services.
Plan and execute upgrade and migration projects to newer.NET versions and Azure cloud.
Architect and implement real‐time solutions using SignalR.
Develop responsive user interfaces with Blazor.
Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases.
Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering best practices and code quality.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to Agile processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and drive technical excellence.
Provide technical leadership and roadmap planning for the SITA‐Offshore team.
