Network Engineer-ISG

Individual will be expected to provide consistent, high-performing level of service support and also ensure the service availability and operational excellence being a part of the team.

He will be part of global network team supporting organization 24x7.

1+ years of hands-on experience in Network domain managing global networks 24x7.

• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, Firewall & wireless.
• Monitor network performance and ensure availability and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve Level 1 network issues, escalating complex problems to higher support levels.
• Assist in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and network changes.
• Basic knowledge and hand-on experience on Routing Protocols & Switching
• Basic knowledge and hand-on experience on switching (STP, VSS, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, Multi-Layer Switches),
• Basic knowledge on Security technologies (Must Checkpoint/Fortigate/PA & cisco ASA),
• Provide first-line support to internal teams and clients for connectivity issues.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Basic knowledge and hand-on experience on Cisco Meraki.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Knowledge and understanding on Network Monitoring Tools like (BMC Netreo).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.
