Technical Lead

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 10+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical design and development for complex software initiatives.
• Expert-level experience with C++ development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java development, Spring Boot, and REST API design.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience developing multi-threaded and high-performance applications.
• Strong experience working with Oracle Database and SQL performance optimization.
• Experience with source control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical enterprise platforms.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across development, infrastructure, and business teams.
