Job Summary

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another technology stream.
• At least seven years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, REST APIs, HTTP, SQL, databases, and at least one supported programming language.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools for deploying and versioning code.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, test-driven development, UX, and design thinking.

Cloud and DevOps Skills

• Familiarity with Git, Docker, infrastructure as code, observability, and CI/CD.
• Cloud-native experience, ideally with AWS certification.
• Capability to learn modern technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

Integration and Security Skills

• Knowledge of synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Proficiency with OAuth, JWT, and SAML authentication and authorization protocols.
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, XSLT, OData, REST, and service-oriented architecture.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation.

Data and Programming Skills

• Proficiency with Databricks, dbt, and Airflow.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Java, TypeScript, or .NET is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for AWS and Databricks-based solutions.
• Apply hands-on expertise across front-end, API, database, programming, cloud, and data technologies.
• Deploy and version code using DevSecOps tools and practices.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, test-driven development, UX, and design thinking practices.
• Use DevOps practices including Git, Docker, infrastructure as code, observability, and CI/CD.
• Design and implement integrations using synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven patterns.
• Implement REST APIs and authentication and authorization protocols.
• Work with JSON, XML, XSLT, OData, REST, and service-oriented architecture.
• Develop or support data workflows using Databricks, dbt, and Airflow.
• Provide technical guidance while adapting to evolving project requirements.
