Drawings and coordination
- Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, joinery details, and as-built drawings.
- Review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify discrepancies and missing information.
- Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and joinery drawings to resolve clashes before execution.
Submittals and project support
- Prepare technical submittals, material submissions, and RFIs; track approvals and close outstanding comments.
- Coordinate technical requirements with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Verify site measurements and existing conditions before finalizing drawings and releasing production details.
- Support quantity take-offs and provide technical clarification to procurement and estimation teams.
Site, documentation, and handover
- Provide approved drawings and clear technical instructions to site and factory teams.
- Visit sites to check installations against approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify technical issues and propose practical solutions with the project manager.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision records, approval logs, and technical documentation.
- Prepare as-built drawings and support project handover documentation.
Pay
- Pay is AED 10,000–12,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
