Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations.
• Prepare and manage interim valuations and final accounts.
• Handle claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts; FIDIC knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and commercial management.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience in large-scale construction or fit-out projects is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Pay

• AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
