We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out, joinery, and aluminum systems to support projects from design through installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and measurements.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, production drawings, and installation details.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Coordinate with designers, estimators, suppliers, production teams, and installation teams.
- Prepare material take-offs and technical documentation.
- Monitor site activities and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution.
- Prepare as-built drawings and project handover documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, and aluminum systems.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience in preparing shop drawings and production drawings.
- Good knowledge of joinery, custom furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, wall cladding, flooring, ceilings, and interior finishes.
- Good knowledge of aluminum systems, including windows, doors, sliding systems, folding doors, curtain walls, pergolas, and glazing systems.
- Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
- Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
