We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Cost Estimation, BOQ Preparation & Quantity Take-Offs
✔ Commercial Reporting & Financial Forecasting
✔ Purchase Orders, Material Procurement & Shipment Follow-Up
✔ Risk Assessment and Project Profitability Management
Requirements
1. 10+ years of experience as
Quantity Surveying
in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, FF&E, and Finishing Works
2.
Strong knowledge of Cost Management, BOQs, Variations, Claims, and FIDIC Contracts
3.
Experience
- in Qatar/GCC preferred
- 4.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial management skills
- 5.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and industry-standard QS software
- 6.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
