Job Title: Technical Engineer - Approval Officer Construction, Pools & Landscape
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Approval Officer** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in obtaining approvals and managing submissions through government and regulatory authority portals, including DM, ADM, Trakhees, and DDA.
Experience
in swimming pool and landscape projects will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit construction drawings and documents through relevant authority portals.
- Manage online applications, approvals, NOCs, and inspection requests via:
• Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM)
- Trakhees
• Dubai Development Authority
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to obtain project approvals.
- Schedule and follow up on inspections and site visits.
- Attend meetings with concerned engineers and authority representatives.
- Track approval status and ensure compliance with authority requirements.
- Prepare technical correspondence and maintain approval records.
- Assist project teams in resolving authority comments and approval-related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in authority approvals and construction submissions.
- Hands-on experience with DM, ADM, Trakhees, and DDA portals.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawing submissions and approval procedures.
- Experience in swimming pool and landscape projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to attend and coordinate meetings with authority engineers.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online approval systems.
- UAE driving license will be an advantage.
- Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
