Overview
***We are looking for Technical Engineer (Abu Dhabi Based) to join our team.***
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and leadership of engineers, designers, and draftsmen in the design, planning, and development of engineering projects.
- Review and verify project designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate project requirements, specifications, goals, and objectives to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to authority regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of construction methods and building materials, including required tests and certifications from suppliers.
- Review project qualifications (PQ) and submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare Issued for Construction (IFC) and Shop Drawings for civil and architectural elements.
- Collaborate with MEP teams and subcontractors to align shop drawings and meet authority requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architectural or Civil).
- Minimum 5 years experience in a contracting company, with a focus on technical office roles.
- Proficient in architectural and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Familiarity with local authority regulations across all Emirates.
