The employer is hiring an experienced Technical Engineer for construction projects in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical follow-up across construction projects.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for project compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Review technical submittals, material approvals, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.
- Check compliance with specifications, codes, and authority requirements.
- Monitor progress and provide technical support to project teams.
- Coordinate with departments to support project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years as a Technical Engineer in the UAE construction industry.
- Experience with varied projects, including buildings, villas, hotels, schools, warehouses, and mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of drawings, construction methods, specifications, and authority requirements.
- Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–15,000 per month.
