Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in wood manufacturing and factory operations.
- Strong experience in wood cutting, measuring, shaping, assembling, and reprocessing.
- Knowledge of woodworking machinery, cutting equipment, and production processes.
- Experience with MDF, plywood, solid wood, and other wood-based materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings, cutting lists, and measurements.
- Experience supervising factory workers and managing daily production activities.
- Ability to minimize material waste and use raw materials efficiently.
- Strong practical knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and wood fabrication.
- Woodworking foremen or engineers with substantial hands-on factory experience are preferred.
Production responsibilities
- Supervise factory workers and manage daily production activities.
- Carry out and oversee wood cutting, measuring, shaping, assembly, and reprocessing.
- Ensure product quality, accurate dimensions, and timely completion of work.
- Reduce material waste and support efficient use of raw materials.
Pay
- AED 1,700–5,500 per month.
