Role overview

Location and working pattern
- Cambridge role with a hybrid working pattern of two days per week onsite.
Compensation
- Salary up to £85,000, plus benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery and ongoing evolution of Workday and associated People Systems.
- Manage delivery roadmaps, priorities and technology change initiatives.
- Translate HR and business stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
- Drive system enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement activity.
- Manage risks, dependencies and delivery governance across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with technical teams on scalable, secure solutions aligned to business needs.
- Support the wider people technology strategy and roadmap.
Relevant experience
- Five years of Workday experience is essential.
- Experience in technical delivery management, project management or technology programme delivery is sought.
- Experience delivering complex business-critical technology platforms is sought.
- Experience managing stakeholders across HR, Technology and wider business functions is sought.
- Experience with systems integrations, supplier management and Agile delivery environments is sought.
- Experience in People Systems, HR Technology or Workforce Technology landscapes is sought.
