Overview
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of interior design and finishing works on site
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, and subcontractors to ensure design intent is
- achieved
- Review and implement ID drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed as per approved designs, specifications,
- and schedules
- Track and control material usage, labour productivity, and equipment utilisation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues on site
- Coordinate inspections, mock-ups, and approvals for finishes and materials
- Support value engineering initiatives without compromising design quality
- Prepare and maintain progress reports, site documentation, and updates
- Ensure timely completion of snagging, de-snagging, and handover activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery within time and budget
