Job Summary :-

Technical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :-

• Coordinate technical design and BIM requirements for high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Review and coordinate ID, architectural, MEP, structural and joinery drawings.
• Carry out BIM coordination using Revit and Navisworks, including clash detection and issue resolution.
• Coordinate RCP layouts, ceiling services, lighting, sprinklers, HVAC, access panels and other MEP interfaces.
• Review and manage shop drawings, coordination drawings, material submittals, RFIs and technical queries.
• Coordinate with site team, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and client representatives.
• Ensure all drawings and technical documents are aligned with project specifications, approved materials and site conditions.
• Track consultant comments, drawing revisions, approvals and pending technical issues.
• Support site teams in resolving coordination issues related to finishes, joinery, partitions, flooring, ceilings, doors, glazing and wall cladding.
• Ensure that high-end finishing details are properly coordinated and executed as per approved drawings, samples and mock-ups.
• Required Experience :-
• Previous experience with a
• fit-out contractor
• or main contractor is required.
• Strong experience in
• high-end fit-out projects such as hotels, airports, malls, luxury offices, retail, F&B, villas or similar premium interior projects.
• Experience in BIM coordination and technical coordination, not only Revit modelling.
• Good understanding of site execution and contractor-side coordination.
