Facade Lighting Services LLC is hiring a Technical Coordinator – Document Controller.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to marketing and engineering teams.
- Coordinate projects, resources, materials, mock-ups, and technical submissions; monitor progress, timelines, quality, and costs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams; resolve technical issues and prevent project delays.
- Manage site teams and project activities through completion and handover.
- Report project updates, risks, and milestones to management.
- Study new lighting products and guide design and estimation teams.
- Attend weekly meetings and plan upcoming project activities.
- Maintain documentation, communication, confidentiality, and attendance reporting.
Salary
- Salary is AED 2,500 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
