Role and team

Technical Business Analyst opportunity in Accenture's Data & AI practice and Complex Delivery and Data Consultancy capability.

The team aims to deliver business outcomes through disciplined, scalable delivery of data and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Map business processes, build business cases, and shape solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Lead stakeholder analysis and process mapping, translating client needs into requirements.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops; create narratives and tailor communications for delivery teams, clients, and senior stakeholders.
  • Support product and project delivery using agile processes and practices.
  • Interpret data models, integration diagrams, and platform documentation with data and technology specialists.
  • Use AI assets and accelerators to reinvent client processes with support from Accenture specialists.

Experience sought

  • Business analysis and requirements-gathering experience.
  • Stakeholder management and project and product delivery experience.
  • Data and enterprise architecture experience in an industry context.
  • Data platform experience; examples include Databricks, AWS, and GCP.

Additional advantages

  • AI development or delivery experience is an advantage.
  • CBAP (BABOK v3) and Certified ScrumMaster certifications are listed as ways to stand out.
