Overview
- Provide independent technical oversight of, and influence over, EPCC engineering workflows and deliverables quality to ensure their fitness for purpose.
- Acts as the SF manager’s technical guardian across engineering deliverables, without duplicating EPCC design authority.
- Review EPCC engineering deliverables and identify problems
- Ensure compliance with client standards, project basis, and specs
- Track engineering maturity, deliverable quality, and technical risk
- Harmonize SF technical interfaces across disciplines
- Advise on deviations, concessions, and technical risk exposure
- Ensure readiness of documents for client approval cycles
- Monitor and manage engineering MOC
