Role Overview

Your Impact

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Identify gaps between current and desired client states.
• Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.
• Define coding standards and lead code reviews.
• Oversee custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
• Participate in pre-sales discovery, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept development when required.
• Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
• Travel to client sites for projects, estimated at 50–75%.

Required Qualifications

• Strong CRM experience with a solid Salesforce platform background.
• Senior leadership expertise.
• Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds.
• Understanding of systems architecture and scalable, performance-driven solution design.
• Understanding of design patterns, large data volume limitations, and platform best practices.
• Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations.
• Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and OAuth authentication patterns.
• Knowledge of data integration tools and Salesforce integrations with business systems.
• Understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with TLS and SSL platform security capabilities.
• Expert-level experience defining architecture landscapes, identifying gaps, and delivering business-aligned solutions.
• Strong background in large web-based systems design or complete software product lifecycle exposure.

Certifications

• Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications after hire is accepted as a qualification.

Travel

• The role requires travel to client sites for projects, estimated at 50–75%.
