Technical Architect (DPO)

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and analyze client enterprise-wide systems, and ensure implementation teams deliver robust solutions.
• Develop and maintain service-design procedures and processes; align solutions with client architecture blueprints.
• Recommend best practices for UiPath implementations, custom solutions, product support, and the Enterprise Platform.
• Collaborate with IT development teams to translate architecture into robust implementations.
• Identify customer requirements, assess alternatives, and recommend software, platform, and network configurations.
• Support sales and pre-sales client conversations.
• Plan, design, and execute complex internal and client UiPath configurations.
• Guide implementation teams on testing and prepare test plans, solution designs, presentations, analyst briefings, and white papers.

Mandatory experience and qualifications

• 8–12 years of IT industry experience and at least 6 years as a UiPath architect.
• 2–4 years of .NET experience; C# or VB.NET is specified as mandatory.
• UiPath RPA Solution Architect and Advanced Developer certifications are mandatory.
• Ability to develop workflows and custom activities using C#.
• Experience in application or implementation support is required.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.

Required knowledge and skills

• Understanding of enterprise architecture and IT systems, a process-minded approach, and strong presentation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of UiPath deployment architecture and Azure or AWS cloud platforms is requested.

Additional experience and preferred qualifications

• Experience or proof-of-concept work with Studio Pro, Document Understanding, AI Centre, Action Centre, or Computer Vision is a plus.
• Third-party UiPath integration experience, including tools such as Abby, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SharePoint, is a plus.
• RFP, RFQ, estimation, or similar technical documentation experience is a plus.
• UiPath Certified Professional status is preferred.
