Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Riyadh Region for a Technical Account Manager. The role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, providing technical support, collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, and resolving technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The Technical Account Manager will also drive customer success, oversee project implementation, and identify opportunities to expand service offerings to meet client objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management and relationship building with clients
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Experience in Sales and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong Project Management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Performance Management, Artificial Intelligence, or Cyber Security is a plus
