Job Description

HBC Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Technical Office Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, managing office procedures, and ensuring efficient workflow within the technical department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the technical office.
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Oversee documentation control and maintain records of technical specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and other departments.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for technical projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
