- Provide frontline technical support by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting user issues
- Partner with technical teams to resolve complex problems and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, solutions, and service trends
- Contribute to service quality improvements by identifying patterns and suggesting enhancements
